Our cottage is located directly on Chaumont Bay, on Lake Ontario. We are fortunate to have a beautiful, quiet spot with a smooth limestone beach and excellent swimming.

Amenities:

• Three bedrooms, sleeps five.

Rates:

• June 1 - August 30: $600 per week or $100 per night
• September 1-15: $400 per week
  

Policies:

• Please respect the next scheduled guest by being prompt when departing in order for the housekeeping to come inside and start cleaning the rental cottage for the next guest. We may keep your security deposit if you check-out past the check-out time.
• Must bring your own bed linens and towels.
• Water is not potable, so you must bring your own drinking water.
• We have canoes and kayaks on the premises for our own use. However, our renter's insurance forbids us from making them available to guests.
• No pets, please.
• $100 security and damage deposit
• Payment must be made at least one week in advance. We charge a 50% fee for cancellations made with less than one week's notice.
• Guests are required to leave the cottage and property in the same general condition it was when guests arrived. Guests should: Wash, dry and put away dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Clean out all food and beverages that guests brought. Close all windows and all doors leading to outside. Leave the keys on the table.
